Stories for adults.

About Logan

I write fiction for adults focused on transformation and zero-to-hero stories from the East Coast of the United States. I was born in the 80s and have lived a lot of lives since then. Each of them informs the fiction I write.

My ethics

Fiction is not real life.

I may write about horrible people, or good people making mistakes, or absolutely unethical situations. Fiction is a safe place to explore these things and even use them to titillate. My characters are not me, and their ethics are not mine.

Trans women are women. Trans men are men. Queer experiences matter.

I’m as cis as they come, and het to boot– but I do my best to stand beside anyone just trying to live their lives in a world that seems hellbent on beating them down.

“Artificial Intelligence” has no place in my creative process.

LLMs and other generative “AI” has too many downsides for its users, their brains, and the world for me to use it. I will not use any such tools in any fashion in my work. I will not knowingly commission art made with generative tools, and if I fail in that regard I will do my best to remove any generated elements from the work as soon as possible.

That said, there is a lot of work out there that simply wouldn’t exist without these generative tools– especially work in the erotica field. I’d rather those artists had a way to make it themselves, and I urge them to work on growing their own capability instead of actively decaying it with this “AI”– but I don’t feel comfortable condemning them for using the options in front of them.

I’m always learning and often wrong.

I know a lot, but I’m ignorant of even more. If you think I’ve gotten something wrong, messed up, or failed to live up to my own standard somehow, I urge you to let me know.
